The Wyvern in Taunton hosted a fantastic fireworks display on Friday 6th November 2026, attracting a sell-out crowd for what proved to be a brilliant evening of entertainment. Despite the chilly November temperatures, the weather stayed dry, providing ideal conditions for the event and allowing everyone to enjoy the festivities.
There was plenty going on before the main attraction, with a selection of food vendors on site offering a variety of refreshments and tasty treats. The atmosphere was further enhanced by the fantastic Taunton Samba Band, who delivered an energetic performance and helped get the crowd into the party spirit.
Apple FM also played a big part in the evening’s entertainment, providing music and entertainment ahead of the fireworks. The station even broadcast live from the event for an hour, bringing the excitement to listeners and adding to the fantastic atmosphere.
The highlight of the evening, of course, was the fireworks display itself. It was truly impressive, with a spectacular show lasting over 20 minutes. The dazzling colours, impressive effects and sequence of fireworks kept the audience captivated from beginning to end, providing a fitting finale to a wonderful evening.
