How to Complain or comment about our service
If you have a complaint to make about us, in the first instance please submit your complaint using the one of the following methods:

Via email: in the first instance to complaints@applefm.co.uk . Please ensure you provide us with your full postal address as we will reply to you by post

If you are unhappy with the response you receive, you can complain directly to the regulator, OfCom. Their website has full details about how to do this.
