
Bridgwater is set to come alive with FREE music for everyone this spring, as the town hosts its first-ever Bridgwater Blues and Folk Festival on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 April.
Hosted by The Cobblestones Pub & Music Venue, and supported by Bridgwater Town Council, the two-day festival will showcase a fantastic mix of 50 bands, musicians and events across 8 well-known local venues. With everything from Jazz, Blues and Rock bands, to a Sea Shanty Crew and Morris Dancers, the weekend promises something for every music lover and will celebrate the very best of local and regional talent.
Venues taking part in the town-wide celebration include:
The Bridgy Gallery, Palace Night Club, The Old Vicarage Hotel, Angel Place Shopping Centre, Blake Gardens, Bar 27, and a ‘Secret Stage’, adding a touch of mystery and surprise to the weekend.
